Pre and Professional Internships
Through the internship modality, we offer you the opportunity to acquire professional experience during your last years of college studies or the year after completing your degree.
Training Program: Mujeres de Oro
With the aim of promoting the participation of women in the mining industry, in 2020 we launched our training program in Peru: “Mujeres de Oro”, which includes rotation through the core business areas, training in leadership skills, support of a mentor; frequent performance evaluations and the opportunity to continue your professional career at Hochschild at the end of the programme.
Administrative Positions
Our administrative offices are located in Lima, Arequipa (Peru), Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Belo Horizonte (Brazil). From these offices our teams provide support to our mining operations. Our administrative areas are: Audit, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Human Resources and IT.
